D.H. Conley took down Cleveland on Tuesday, a win that might not have happened without Kendall Howard's standout performance. The Rams had no answer to Howard as she struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits (and only one walk). Howard has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 24 consecutive appearances.
