Basketball Recap: Rivercrest Comes Up Short

Rivercrest was the 52-38 winner over Detroit when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Rivercrest Rebels took a 48-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Detroit Eagles on Tuesday. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rivercrest's loss dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Detroit, their victory bumped their record up to 4-14.

Rivercrest will host Pewitt at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Rivercrest is facing Pewitt at the right time seeing as Pewitt is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Detroit, they will face off against Maud at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
