Baseball Game Preview: Northview Knights vs. Cascade Cadets

The Northview Knights are taking a road trip to challenge the Cascade Cadets at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Northview has given up an average of 8.8 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Northview came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Greencastle, falling 12-3.

Meanwhile, Cascade didn't have quite enough to beat North Montgomery on Saturday and fell 8-6. The loss put an end to the Cadets' undefeated start to the season.

Toby Savini was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one triple.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cascade fell to 2-1. As for Northview, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
