Basketball Recap: Bensalem Fighting Owls vs. Northeast Vikings
Bensalem posted their closest victory since January 12th on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Northeast Vikings 54-52. Given the Fighting Owls' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 154th, while the Vikings are ranked 318th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Amir Drummond went supernova for Bensalem, putting up 24 points and five steals. That's the most steals Drummond has posted since back in December of 2023. Christian Lee was another key player, posting seven points.

As for Northeast, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 62-38 win against Boys' Latin Charter on the 10th.
