Baseball Recap: Tolar Comes Up Short

Tolar lost against Peaster back in April of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Tolar came up short against Peaster, falling 14-6. The Rattlers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Drake Owens made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Tolar's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Peaster, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5-1 record this season.

While Tolar had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
