Andover Central has gone a perfect 4-0 against South recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Jaguars take on the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Andover Central is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Andover on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Andover Central was beaten by Andover 67-27. The Jaguars haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Meanwhile, South came up short against Maize South on Friday and fell 45-34. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 102nd, while the Mavericks are ranked 15th).

Andover Central's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for South, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-7.
