Jaedon Adams leads World of Inquiry to victory over Penn Yan Academy

Recap: World of Inquiry Griffins vs. Penn Yan Academy Mustangs
Even though the World of Inquiry Griffins have not done well against the Penn Yan Academy Mustangs recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. World of Inquiry came out on top against Penn Yan Academy by a score of 72-59. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Jaedon Adams was his usual excellent self, scoring 30 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Yacoub Tarawally was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.
World of Inquiry's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Penn Yan Academy, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. World of Inquiry will take on Northeast/Northwest College Prep at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Northeast/Northwest College Prep knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past three matchups -- so hopefully World of Inquiry likes a good challenge. As for Penn Yan Academy, they will be playing at home against Dundee/Bradford Central at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Dundee/Bradford Central focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 last Thursday.
