South Adams put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Peru Tigers by a score of 2-0. The Starfires have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Reagan Bollenbacher paced South Adams' offense, picking up six kills. Bollenbacher got some help from Reagan Beitler and her ten assists. Beitler was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Peru's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Lilly Steele, who had 12 digs and one assist, and Jacey Boswell, who had three digs.

South Adams' win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Peru, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.

South Adams wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against North Miami on the 23rd. As for Peru, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Caston at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
