Everything went their way against the Trinity Valley Trojans as the Nazarene Christian Academy Lions made off with a 23-13 win. Nazarene Christian Academy's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Gracyn Whitsell made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Whitsell has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive pitching appearances.
