Soccer Recap: Bonneville vs. Roy
It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Bonneville ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Roy Royals a 1-0 shutout. The Lakers wouldn't have won without Kambry Dalton, who scored the game-winner.
Bonneville has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Roy, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-13.
Bonneville will head out to take on Viewmont at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Roy, they will square off against Bountiful at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bountiful will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Roy surely won't give up without a fight.
