Softball Recap: Wooster Comes Up Short

Wooster lost to Madison Comprehensive back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Generals lost 10-2 to the Rams. The Generals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Averee Karazsia made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two doubles, one stolen base, and one run. That stolen base marked the first that she has snagged this season. Kayla Reid was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Wooster's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Madison Comprehensive, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

While Wooster had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
