Baseball Game Preview: Gary Bobcats vs. Joaquin Rams

The Gary Bobcats will face off against the Joaquin Rams at 6:05 p.m. on Friday. Gary is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

On Tuesday, Gary came up short against Chireno and fell 10-6. That's two games in a row now that the Bobcats have lost by exactly four runs.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Tuesday Joaquin sidestepped Woden for a 4-2 victory. The win continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won four in a row.

T.J. Hawkins was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI.

Joaquin's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Gary, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
