Volleyball Recap: Desoto Has No Trouble Against Seguin

DeSoto entered their tilt with Seguin on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cougars. That two set margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

Kennedy BaKer was the offensive standout of the match as she had eight digs and two aces.

Baker wasn't the only good server: DeSoto was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

DeSoto now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Seguin, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

DeSoto has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Coppell on the 22nd. As for Seguin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against South Hills on the 26th.
