Robert F. Kennedy Community took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Beverly Hills, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Robert F. Kennedy Community Bobcats had just enough and edged out the Beverly Hills Normans 3-2 on Friday. For the Bobcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Normans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Robert F. Kennedy Community who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 21-25, 25-12, 23-25, 15-10.

Robert F. Kennedy Community now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Beverly Hills, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
