Westfield Area had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.6 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 57-43 victory over the Poynette Pumas. The Pioneers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pumas, too.

Westfield Area pushed their record up to 23-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.7 points over those games. As for Poynette, their loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 23-3.
