Carson is on a five-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Narbonne is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Colts will host the Gauchos at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. Carson is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.7 runs per game this season.
Carson's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Gardena 24-0. The high-scoring effort was just what the Colts needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.
Isabella Campos looked comfortable as she struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Ashannalee Titialii, who fired off three home runs, ten RBI, and five runs while going 4-for-4. Those three home runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Anaiyah Popoalii, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four runs, and five RBI.
Carson kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Narbonne ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over Rancho Dominguez.
Samantha Dillon spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits and racked up ten Ks.
At the plate, Elyse Martinez was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three RBI. Cheyenne Bennett was another key player, going 2-for-5 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Carson's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Narbonne, their victory bumped their record up to 8-6.
Monday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Carson has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .472. However, it's not like Narbonne struggles in that department as they've averaged .555. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Carson got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in May of 2025 against Narbonne by a conclusive 18-1 score. Do the Colts have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Gauchos turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
