North Tonawanda had won five straight games and Annabelle Day did her part to make it six on Friday. The North Tonawanda Lumberjacks took down the Amherst Central Tigers 73-59 thanks in part to Day, who went 9-for-18 to rack up 26 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. The matchup was her 11th in a row with at least 20 points.

Maddie Caron was another key player, going 7-for-10 en route to 18 points and three steals. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 45.4% shooting accuracy.

North Tonawanda pushed their record up to 17-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 49 points. As for Amherst Central, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
