In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Liliana DelaRosa, who went 3-for-5 with five RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Yaretzi Sandoval was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Dos Palos kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Dos Palos has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-8-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Tranquillity, their loss dropped their record down to 0-16.
