Basketball Recap: Madison Comes Up Short

Madison had taken Brookville down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Thursday. The Mohawks fell 59-48 to the Blue Devils. The Mohawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blue Devils apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

This is the second loss in a row for Madison and nudges their season record down to 2-3. As for Brookville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Madison will take on Eaton in a holiday battle at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brookville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Twin Valley South at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
