Soccer Recap: Waynesville Takes a Loss

Waynesville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the West Plains Zizzers, falling 3-0. Waynesville were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as West Plains apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

Waynesville's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for West Plains, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Waynesville will head out to square off against Camdenton at 7:10 p.m. on Monday. As for West Plains, they will face off against Rolla at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
