Volleyball Recap: Collins Hill Comes Up Short

Collins Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Forsyth Central Bulldogs. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in August of 2020.

Collins Hill's offense was headlined by Destinee Evans and Anna LaPerriere, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Rianna Mata and her eight assists. Jalissa Woods controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Collins Hill now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Forsyth Central, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Collins Hill has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Hebron Christian on the 9th. As for Forsyth Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Chattahoochee on the 9th.
