Century lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Governor Thomas Johnson, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Wednesday's matchup. The Knights were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Patriots on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won five contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The win was the third in a row for Century, bringing their record up to 10-5. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Governor Thomas Johnson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Coming up, Century will look to defend their home field on Friday against Tuscarora at 4:30 p.m. The Titans will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight. As for Governor Thomas Johnson, they will face off against Linganore on Friday.
