Soccer Recap: Sioux Center Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Sioux Center was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Lincoln Lynx could gain the upper hand on Saturday so the two teams had to settle for a 4-4 draw.

With that draw, Sioux Center's record moves to 1-0-1. Meanwhile, Lincoln's record is now 1-0-2.

Looking ahead, Sioux Center will challenge MOC-Floyd Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The match will give Sioux Center their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Lincoln, they will take on Bishop Heelan Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Heelan Catholic will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Lincoln surely won't give up without a fight.
