A 13-9 Nemaha Valley victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
The defeat comes as a step back for Sabetha, who notched a 27-8 victory over Santa Fe Trail in its previous outing. With the win the Seneca school extended its winning streak to three games. The loss ended Sabetha's two-game winning streak.
