Soccer Game Preview: Loveland vs. Turpin

The Loveland Tigers will challenge the Turpin Spartans at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Last Thursday, Loveland didn't have quite enough to beat Kings and fell 3-2. The loss was Loveland's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Turpin hasn't lost a match since August 21st, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Covington Catholic a 4-0 shutout. Turpin's winning goal came courtesy of Mitchell Iles.

Having lost for the first time this season, Loveland fell to 8-1-1. As for Turpin, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1-3.
