Passaic Valley put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Passaic County Tech Bulldogs. Those two runs were actually the fewest the Hornets have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Passaic Valley's victory was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-0. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games. As for Passaic County Tech, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-5.

Passaic Valley and Passaic County Tech should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings.
