West Point hadn't done well against Mathews recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Pointers walked away with a 12-7 win over the Blue Devils. The victory was nothing new for the Pointers as they're now sitting on three straight.

West Point's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Mathews, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Point will take on Lafayette at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mathews, they will square off against Nandua at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
