Lincoln Academy has gone 8-2 against Oceanside recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mariners at 3:30 p.m. Lincoln Academy's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Oceanside's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

Oceanside's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Lincoln Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4-3.

Lincoln Academy couldn't quite get it done against Oceanside when the teams last played back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
