Basketball Recap: Centralia Panthers vs. Linn Wildcats
The Centralia Panthers won the last time they faced the Linn Wildcats, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Centralia came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 62-53.
Despite the loss, Linn still got an impressive performance from Noah Hall, who scored 25 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Seth Wolfe, who scored eight points along with six rebounds.
Centralia is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-8 record this season. As for Linn, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-11.
Centralia will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against the Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Highland is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak. As for Linn, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m.
