Football Recap: Meridian HomeSchool Comes Up Short

Meridian HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 50-0 loss at the hands of Varsity Opponent.

Tyler Casey threw for 93 yards on six of 24 attempts. Shelton Pace was his top target, picking up 48 receiving yards.

Meridian HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Varsity Opponent has already played their next game, a 51-14 defeat against Hun on the 11th. Hopefully Meridian HomeSchool paid attention to Varsity Opponent's matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on Varsity Opponent at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
