Soccer Recap: Whale Branch Takes a Loss

Whale Branch lost against Bridges Prep last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Warriors came up short against the Buccaneers, falling 7-3. Whale Branch have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Christian Alvarez and Roman Vasquez scored all three of Whale Branch's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Whale Branch's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9-1. As for Bridges Prep, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Coincidentally, Whale Branch and Bridges Prep will both be playing Hampton County the next time they take the pitch. The Warriors will host the Hurricanes at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Buccaneers will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
