University Pathways Public Service Academy came tearing into Wednesday's game with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Simon Tech Huskies with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 3rd.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: University Pathways Public Service Academy took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-12, 25-15.

Jonathan Hurtado paced University Pathways Public Service Academy's offense, picking up seven kills. Hurtado got some help from Jesus Barajas and his eight assists. Kenneth Mejia controlled things from the service line, finishing with 11 aces.

University Pathways Public Service Academy's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. As for Simon Tech, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.
