Basketball Recap: Indian Trail Takes a Loss

It was a Battle of the Birds when Indian Trail took on Westosha Central on Thursday. The Indian Trail Hawks were dealt a 67-34 defeat at the hands of the Westosha Central Falcons. The game marked the Hawks' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Indian Trail's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Josiah Lindsey, who posted ten points, and Caden Williams, who had four points. Another player making a difference was Jack Zeller, who put up four points.

Indian Trail is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6. As for Westosha Central, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2.

Indian Trail didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 100-54 defeat against Madison La Follette on the 3rd. As for Westosha Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 76-67 loss against Franklin on the 28th.
