Basketball Recap: Johnson Comes Up Short

Johnson was the 62-54 winner over Cranford when they last played one another back in January of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Crusaders fell 64-57 to the Cougars on Saturday.

Johnson's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Cranford, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Johnson will head out to challenge Rahway at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Crusaders are facing the Indians at the right time seeing as the Indians are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Cranford, they will venture away from home to take on Dayton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
