Basketball Game Preview: Indianapolis Shortridge Blue Devils vs. Herron Achaeans

The Indianapolis Shortridge Blue Devils will face off against the Herron Achaeans at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Indianapolis Shortridge has given up an average of 62.7 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.

Indianapolis Shortridge is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They managed a 61-57 victory over Purdue Polytechnic. The win was some much needed relief for the Blue Devils as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Herron was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 80-59 to Providence Cristo Rey.

Indianapolis Shortridge's victory bumped their record up to 10-15. As for Herron, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-21.
