Basketball Recap: South Wasco County Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, South Wasco County couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Southwest Christian Wildcats by a score of 42-40 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Redsides have suffered since January 21st.

South Wasco County's defeat dropped their record down to 23-6. As for Southwest Christian, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-9.

While South Wasco County had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
