Volleyball Game Preview: Edgemont Moguls vs. Bennett County Warriors

The Edgemont Moguls will square off against the Bennett County Warriors on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Edgemont is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They put the hurt on White River with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Moguls.

Meanwhile, Bennett County made easy work of New Underwood on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

Bennett County not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept New Underwood between 17 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-17, 25-18.

Bennett County's win bumped their record up to 35-4. As for Edgemont, their victory bumped their record up to 14-16.

Edgemont couldn't quite get it done against Bennett County when the teams last played back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Moguls avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
