For the Lions, this counts as revenge for the 69-67 win the Cadets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Archbishop Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 14-11. As for St. John's, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 16-8.
