Football Recap: Terrance Jones and Jackson Jaden Pace Moss Point Defense

Friday just wasn't the day for Moss Point's offense. They took a 6-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Forrest County Agricultural Aggies on Friday. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aggies apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2022.

Moss Point didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Terrance Jones and Jackson Jaden. Moss Point got some further help from Landon Cato: he made 15 total tackles (2.5 for loss).

Moss Point is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. As for Forrest County Agricultural, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Moss Point is set to square off against their familiar foe Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Forrest County Agricultural will face off against rival Pass Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
