Basketball Recap: Timberland Takes a Loss

Timberland kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They were beaten by the St. James Sharks 69-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wolves have suffered since January 20th.

Despite the loss, Timberland still got an impressive performance from Kevin Brown, who posted 11 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ellis Wiggins, who had eight points.

St. James has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Timberland will be playing in front of their home fans against Cane Bay at 8:30 p.m. on Monday. As for St. James, they will venture away from home to square off against Georgetown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
