Baseball Recap: Carlisle Thundering Herd vs. Lower Dauphin Falcons

Carlisle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lower Dauphin Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-6 on April 8th.

Carlisle saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bradyn Sober, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

As for Lower Dauphin, they will take on Dallastown at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight.
