Volleyball Game Preview: West Jessamine Colts vs. Central Hardin Bruins

West Jessamine hasn't had much luck against Central Hardin recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Colts will head out to square off against the Bruins at 10:00 a.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, West Jessamine turned things around against Henry Clay on Thursday. They came out on top against the Blue Devils by a score of 3-1.

Meanwhile, Central Hardin got the win against Meade County on Wednesday by a conclusive 3-0. The Bruins haven't had any issues with the Green Waves recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

West Jessamine's record is now 21-11. As for Central Hardin, their record now sits at 22-8.

West Jessamine came up short against Central Hardin when the teams last played back in September of 2024, falling 2-0. Can the Colts avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
