Soccer Recap: Washington Starts off Right with Win over J.H. Rose + How To Watch

Washington had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They never let the J.H. Rose Rampants get on the board and left with a 3-0 win on Tuesday. The score was close at halftime, but Washington pulled away in the second half with two goals.

Junior Ramos and Laurance Doby scored all three of Washington's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Coming up, Washington will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against West Carteret at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for J.H. Rose, they will venture away from home to take on Greene Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
