Volleyball Recap: Orange Takes a Loss

Orange entered their matchup against East Orange Campus on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Tornadoes took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jaguars. The Tornadoes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Orange and nudges their season record down to 3-3. As for East Orange Campus, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Orange will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Science Park at 4:00 p.m. on the 30th. As for East Orange Campus, they will welcome Irvington at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
