Basketball Game Preview: North Central Thunder vs. Timber Lake Panthers

After both having extra time off, the North Central Thunder and the Timber Lake Panthers will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Central will be strutting in after a win while Timber Lake will be coming in after a loss.

North Central took a loss when they played away from home last Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Saturday. They blew past South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley], posting a 51-16 victory. That looming 51-16 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Thunder yet this season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Timber Lake challenged Mobridge-Pollock last Saturday. Timber Lake lost to Mobridge-Pollock on the road by a 59-42 margin.

Timber Lake now has a losing record at 1-2. As for North Central, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
