Volleyball Game Preview: Narbonne Gauchos vs. San Pedro Pirates

The Narbonne Gauchos will face off against the San Pedro Pirates at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Narbonne came up short against Carson and fell 3-1. The Gauchos have struggled against the Colts recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

The final score came out to 25-14, 22-25, 25-12, 25-8.

Meanwhile, San Pedro didn't have quite enough to beat Banning on Friday and fell 3-2. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

San Pedro wouldn't go down easily and took Banning into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking five-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-22, 21-25, 23-25, 15-10.

Narbonne's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for San Pedro, they now have a losing record of 5-6.
