Rehobeth waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with an 8-5 win over the Opp Bobcats. That's more bragging rights for the Rebels, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Alex Cobb spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and three unearned) runs on four hits.

At the plate, Rehobeth let Payten Roland and Baleigh Nowlin run wild. Roland scored two runs while going 1-for-3, while Nowlin went 2-for-4 with three RBI and one double. That's the most RBI Nowlin has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Kryslin Martin, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Rehobeth's victory bumped their record up to 14-12-1. As for Opp, with the loss, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 24-9.

Coming up, Rehobeth is taking a road trip to square off against Russell County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Opp, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 13-3 win against Long on the 12th.
