North Tahoe has gone 8-2 against Pershing County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The North Tahoe Lakers are taking a road trip to face off against the Pershing County Mustangs at 2:30 p.m. North Tahoe will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak dating back to last season.

In other batting news, Leyton Roberts was incredible, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with three runs and one triple. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Carlos Ruiz, who scored a run while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Pershing County lost 19-3 to Yerington on Saturday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Trenton Rhodes made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-1.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. North Tahoe has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 9.7 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Pershing County struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.8 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
