Soccer Game Preview: Heritage Christian Academy vs. Rock Church

The Heritage Christian Academy Patriots will head out on the road to take on the Rock Church Lions at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Heritage Christian Academy has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 18 goals over their last three matches.

Heritage Christian Academy proved they can win big on Friday (they won by four) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out New Life Academy 4-3.

David Hudson and Parker Buetow scored all four of Heritage Christian Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 40 goals.

Meanwhile, it's playoff time, and Rock Church had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past Mount Calvary Christian Academy 7-0 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for Rock Church, who have now won seven contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Heritage Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 37 goals over those six matches. As for Rock Church, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.
