On Monday, Eden Prairie faced St. Michael-Albertville in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Eden Prairie Eagles breezed past the St. Michael-Albertville Knights to the tune of 87-59. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 21 points or more this season.

Eden Prairie had a senior duo take command as Tori Schlagel went 11 for 24 en route to 33 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists and Rae Ehrman shot 4-for-7 from deep and dropped a double-double with 23 points and 12 boards. What's more, Ehrman also racked up four steals, the most she's had since back in February of 2024. Ella Hardwick was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Eden Prairie's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.2 points. As for St. Michael-Albertville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eden Prairie will host Minnetonka at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Michael-Albertville, they will face off against Edina at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
